These terms cover the use of landscaper-demo.etherasites.uk and the work we quote for through it. Nothing here removes your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices shown on this website are guide prices and include VAT unless stated otherwise. A quote we give you in writing is fixed for 30 days and covers the work described in it. If something we could not have seen turns up once work starts, we stop and agree a price with you before continuing.

A booking is confirmed when we have agreed a date in writing. You can cancel or move an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it. Inside 24 hours we may charge for time we cannot fill.

Where we quote at your home, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. If you ask us to start inside those 14 days and then cancel, we may charge for the work done up to that point.

We will carry out the work with reasonable skill and care, to the standards required by the relevant regulations and by our registrations. Our current credentials: Public liability insured to £1m; Registered waste carrier (Natural Resources Wales) — number on request; RHS Level 2 Certificate in Practical Horticulture.

If something we have done is not right, tell us and we will come back and put it right.
